Bought a 2021 Kicks here about 3 weeks ago. After maybe ~500 miles, the battery completely died; the car needed a jump every single time. Drove all the way from Daytona to have them check it. They confirmed the battery was bad… but still charged me around $450 to replace it. They also charge a pretty heavy reconditioning fee when you buy a used car, which is part of why I didn’t expect to deal with something like this almost immediately... They kept saying “it’s a used car,” which I get, but charging a reconditioning fee and then having something basic like the battery fail within weeks doesn’t really add up. I get that batteries can fail, but this happening right after purchase and getting zero help with it just way off. Bad business. More
