Received email following day stating I missed my appt and ty o reschedule. Called the number to speak to Service dept and some guy who answered seem exasperated that I called to tell I was at appt and eventu ty o reschedule. Called yo speak to GM but received no call back yet. May not come back due to rudeness by someone in service and no call back from GM. Do not care about me...I don't care about you. More
