First Check Though I was not at all satisfied with the wait time, I did have a positive experience with the service department. I had a 10:30 appointment which Though I was not at all satisfied with the wait time, I did have a positive experience with the service department. I had a 10:30 appointment which I arrived for about 10 minutes ahead of time. It was more than two hours and forty-five minutes before my vehicle was ready. Despite the wait, the experience was good. The pre-service talk with the intake consultant was informative and the waiting area was comfortable. More
