Been having our cars maintained here along with any repairs, if we can afford them for years. We have 4 Toyotas in all. Expensive labor rates and parts cost, but you receive excellence and customer ser repairs, if we can afford them for years. We have 4 Toyotas in all. Expensive labor rates and parts cost, but you receive excellence and customer service to match it. Only one take back in all those years. This is the ONLY place I take my cars for service other than tire maintenance. More

Raymond did an excellent job meeting and greeting me when I arrived and he kept me updated throughout the service. He was very knowledgeable about the type service I needed and answered all my questions. I t I arrived and he kept me updated throughout the service. He was very knowledgeable about the type service I needed and answered all my questions. I told him that my car was a little dirty coming back from a trip to the beach and after my service Raymond had the guys wash my 4Runner, which was very nice. For my first service appointment at Jim Ellis Toyota I would definitely give the service department 5 Stars! More
