Mr Johnson, as service advisor, kerps me informed as to everything happening to my car and if a time window is changed immediate word is given to me. Mr Garcia, as service technician not only does the sch everything happening to my car and if a time window is changed immediate word is given to me. Mr Garcia, as service technician not only does the schedule but reports other problems like a brake tail light being out to ways the car can be made more efficient with fuel use. Never leave the completed apointment with the need to bring the car back a few days later. Glass service all the way! More

Excellent Customer Service with Raymond! I also was very pleased with my mechanic and the way Toyota has them recording and explaining what they are doing to your vehicle.
