Service has continually gotten worse over the last several visits.this last visit was terrible. We arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. Checked in at 8:45. Went to the waiting area. Our car was ta several visits.this last visit was terrible. We arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. Checked in at 8:45. Went to the waiting area. Our car was taken back to the service area at 10:15. That's 1.5 hours past our appointment time.this is about the same wait we had for the last several appointments. These all could be fixed by adjusting your schedules. It's becoming hard to keep coming back. More
