I had to bring it back and they never washed the vehicle as they promised to do on all repairs. They kept as saying I’m sorry and I agreed they are a bunch of sorry individuals working at Jim Ellis Toyota Service department. Almost $3,000 to replace a clutch and lying about testing the vehicle while leaving parts undone is the kind of service you will get at this sorry service station. More
