I paid to do oil change at another company since I was unable to get a sensible reason why I was scheduled for an appointment and then told it would take two to three hours maybe. Since after I purchased a new car from Reliable, I have not been treated very well. After I made purchase after hours of waiting, I checked out contract when I got home and found I was not given the promised trade in amount salesman promised and I lost out on 1000$. I tried to get it resolved calling back and was ignored after being sent around to speak to different people and finally being told to leave a message with someone who never replied. So, oil change issue was final reason for negative review.
