At first I was skeptical because the first person I had handed me keys and didn’t actually go step to step with me. Then I met Ray and he turned my WHOLE experience around and made me buy my 2015 Jeep Rene handed me keys and didn’t actually go step to step with me. Staff was friendly, there was a lot of back and forth between the dealership and a lot across the street because the person assisting us did not have the information on the inventory available. Luckily, just before we decided on a vehicle, we kept walking around the lot and found the model in the color we wanted and the features we were looking for. But we had to look ourselves. One thing is strange to me, is that after purchasing extended warranty, etc. we haven't received any documents from Kia at all. More
