I'd been kicking the idea around of trading in my old 2003 ram for something with a little more space. I found a couple trucks on Gateway's website I wanted to look at. Rayonna got in touch with me the n 2003 ram for something with a little more space. I found a couple trucks on Gateway's website I wanted to look at. Rayonna got in touch with me the next day and I sent her the list of ones I wanted to take a peak at. She grabbed keys for all of them- and let me poke around and look at my leisure. Zero pressure at all. I settled on a 2019 ram 2500 Power Wagon. I got my trade numbers and needed to discuss with my wife about what we wanted to do. In the mean time I had found that same truck in Mandan a bit cheaper with a few more miles. I told this to Rayonna and she asked what they could do to earn our business. After some negotiation I got a good number on my trade in. We put in the credit app Friday night and we heard back on Monday. We went back in to test drive it one more time with the whole family- and we committed on Tuesday. Rayonna and Cody were awesome to work with! The ONLY Negative I have is that sometimes you are sitting in the lobby awhile while they work on things- so I'd recommend not coming in over lunch breaks or if you have a bit of a time crunch. Other than that Gateway Clearance is top notch! We are now working with them to see if we can get my wife a new set of wheels as well. This would be our 3rd vehicle from them if we can get that deal done. They work hard to earn and keep your business! More
