I have had my truck up there 3 times and it is still not fixed and I am out over 1600 dollars. When I took it up there last November the AC seemed to be blowing hot air and the truck was missing. They cha fixed and I am out over 1600 dollars. When I took it up there last November the AC seemed to be blowing hot air and the truck was missing. They charged me alot of money to fix it. This spring it seemed to be missing a little again and the AC was not working again. They checked it out and said they forgot to plug something in. They originally told me when they fixed it both problems was related. They did not charge me for this. The truck started missing again but the air seemed to be working. I made yet other appointment. I told them about the miss but air at the time seemed to be working. When I went to pick it up they charged me over 200. I ask them why and was told they checked out the AC I explained to them I had in for a miss in the engine. They told me it was not missing enough to figure it out. They said they would put in new plugs/wires for almost 1000. I told them we did that less then 5000 miles ago. Then I get a estimate for 6000 total for stuff I never ask for. They also told me that the air filter was soaked. I asked what they thought and was told maybe I left my hood open SERIOUSLY!! At this point I just wanted my truck out of there. The other thing was they locked the drivers door but not the passenger door. I have my opinion on that also. The next morning my mechanic and I checked out the air filter. The air filter box was left unlatched It was dirty but not wet. We did find a tool under the hood that was left. Now I have a truck with less then 60,000 miles on it that is missing bad and the air is working maybe a third of the time. I am out of alot of money and a truck Im afraid to drive not knowing if Im going to get to my destination or not. I have myself been in business for over 40 years and have never had this kindb experience!!! More
