The quoted costs for repairs are just ridiculous - they also performed two recall services. Two week later the recall repair for the pillar applique blew off on the highway- I brought it back in and they also performed two recall services. Two week later the recall repair for the pillar applique blew off on the highway- I brought it back in and they stated that "they had to order the parts". Been over a month now and nothing. I find it hard to believe that Ford doesn't have the part in their network. Also, they were supposed to *replace* the pillar part (known issue with Explorers), they merely lifted it and put the original back on as evidenced by the dry rotted tape that was left under where the part used to be the vehicle. The two pillars were fine 7+ years and they touched it and now I am driving around with one finish piece missing and nothing in the way of resolution. Gee, thanks More
