Rebecca greeted me in the lot, went to get information and keys and went for a short drive with me to test drive the CR-V. Rebecca called me a few days later to check on things and I told her that I would call her when I was ready to take another test drive. Rebecca was very helpful throughout the process. I am really pleased with the time she took after my purchase, even though it was late to sit in my new car and show me some of the features. She set up my blue tooth for which I am gratefull since it would have taken me a while to figure it out. All in all, it was a great experience. My husband and I decided to go to Mungenast to check out Honda Odysseys because of their BBB rating and the recommendation of a family member who had previously dealt with the dealership. We met with Rebecca Wille who was very knowledgeable, very personable, and responsive to our needs/requests. (We recently bought another car from a salesman at another dealership who was lacking in knowledge, which made her expertise even more obvious). When we requested a visit with the financial person before making the deal on the van, Rebecca quickly made that happen for us. (That person, Ivo Saric, was another fine member of the Mungenast team...very helpful, pleasant, and not pushy.). Rebecca followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and has made herself available for any questions that arise. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had.
