I met Rebecca after searching on line late one night for some price quotes on the 2014 Honda Accord. I eventually met with Rebecca at the dealership not knowing what to expect since buying a car has always seemed like such a stressful hassle with pressured sales tactics and numbers being thrown at you from all angles. But when I began talking with Rebecca, I became relaxed by her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor and warm smile. She listened to me and knew the right questions to ask. Rebecca made the entire buying experience pleasant, relaxing, and easy. Rebecca took the extra time to show me all the new technological features of my new Accord that would have taken me days to figure out. I absolutely hate car shopping. Late in the evening I was doing research on a few different vehicles and dealers. Rebecca answered my request almost right away. She was straightforward, honest and helped me understand all the little extras and fine print that other dealers were including in their apparently lower quotes! She answered many of my questions and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with a test drive. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own, so it definitely felt great dealing with someone so obviously trustworthy. At the recommendation of a friend, I also worked with Josh Ulrich, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He set me up with the test drive, helpfully explained all of the features, and assuaged all of my concerns (and there were many!) over buying a new car! Again, a very straight shooter. He was very upfront about pricing and what kind of wiggle room we could get. He told me exactly what to expect for the day and how long I would be in the dealership, who I would meet with and what would happen every step of the way. I've never financed a car, or purchased a new car before, so it was very calming to know what the day had in store for me! He even lent a car to my friend so she could run out and grab us lunch while I filled out paperwork! After everything was said and done, Josh still took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car, showed me all of the stereo and menu features, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I drove off the lot! 5 star service at Mungenast, I will definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family! We recently were in St. Louis visiting our daughter who is a college student in the area and had been considering buying her a car. We had some models in mind and so we visited Mungenast St. Louis Honda wi is a college student in the area and had been considering buying her a car. We had some models in mind and so we visited Mungenast St. Louis Honda with the intent of getting some more information and preparing ourselves for the eventual purchase. When we arrived we were introduced to Rebecca Wille who showed us two cars, was as helpful as can be and patient to boot. When we heard the deals that they had going we decided to not wait and buy the car right then. In spite of the fact that they didn't have the car we wanted in stock, they found one immediately which facilitated our getting all the paper work done right then so I didn't have to come back to St. Louis. A big help since it is a 4 hour drive. Also they were very helpful in working with my daughter to make the delivery easy for her as she was in the middle of finals. In my mind Rebecca and the whole staff at St. Louis Honda are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for making this purchase a smooth and easy. More
