Frustrating Experience with Ford Gold Certified 2020 F-150 from Corwin Ford of Spokane I purchased a Ford Gold Certified 2020 F-150 XLT Sport from Corwin Ford of Spokane on March 16, 2025, expecting F-150 from Corwin Ford of Spokane I purchased a Ford Gold Certified 2020 F-150 XLT Sport from Corwin Ford of Spokane on March 16, 2025, expecting the peace of mind that comes with a "certified" vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but reassuring. Within the first month of owning this $30,000 truck, several issues surfaced. The undercarriage cover began to come apart, revealing rusty bolts – a surprising find on a supposedly thoroughly inspected vehicle. Additionally, I discovered that the side mirror defrosters were non-functional, and the rear driver-side stereo speaker produced a crackling sound. I promptly emailed Corwin Ford of Spokane detailing these problems, hoping for a swift resolution. Disappointingly, my email went unanswered. I then contacted my salesman, Reed, who advised me to call the service department. My call to service was rerouted to the used car manager, to whom I left a voicemail. Again, no response. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I reached out to Reed once more. He indicated he would speak to his manager. After a few days, Reed informed me he then needed to consult the finance manager. Following several more days of waiting, I texted Reed again, only to be told that his manager stated the truck was sold "as-is" and that I was responsible for the repairs. This response is unacceptable, particularly for a vehicle marketed as Ford Gold Certified and with issues identified within three weeks of purchase. It strongly suggests that several items were overlooked during the intake inspection process. Beyond the potential lapse in inspection quality, the customer service I've received has been incredibly poor, marked by a lack of responsiveness and an unwillingness to address legitimate concerns. I am deeply disappointed with both the condition of a supposedly "Gold Certified" vehicle and the dismissive customer service from Corwin Ford of Spokane. Future buyers, be wary. More

Everyone was very attentive and helpful. There was an event going on that day that we hadn’t known about so it was very busy. We never felt rushed or pushed and that’s something I dreaded would happen. Part of the reason I put off getting a new vehicle was because I don’t like the whole process, but Reed and the rest of the staff made it as painless as possible. More
