This was my very first new car purchase and they gave me the best deal that I could have gotten anywhere!! Starting with "Coach" Charles Alexander, who was extremely patient with me during this process and from day one he NEVER pressured me, which was much appreciated. When Coach took ill, Reed Waldman took over and continued to make me feel comfortable. I checked out other car dealers in the area to gauge who was the best and the Curry Honda salespeople stood out above all for the best service. As I became exhausted by the car-buying process I finally made my decision to work with Curry Honda and the guys did not disappoint. I was happy and relieved to shake Reed's hand as he gave me the proverbial offer I could not refuse(smile)!! He took care of the details from there and Vishek Patel "VP" got my financing paperwork done. I never met Bill Clark, Internet Manager, but he gave me a call and reassured me that Curry Honda would work with me to get a deal done, Thanks Bill!! Reed Waldman is the worst "salesman" , here's why I suspect the dealership is ok. However Mr. Waldman is moody and unfriendly. That is most likely why they stuck him with internet sales, has ZERO pers I suspect the dealership is ok. However Mr. Waldman is moody and unfriendly. That is most likely why they stuck him with internet sales, has ZERO personality and empathy. His is basically an ORDER TAKER. He can't sell, doesn't know his product, and treats you like a 5 year old. He has no ability to negotiate, nor does he want to. He gets insulted should you ask for a tank of gas with the purchase. He could care less about you - but you'll know all about him after a test drive. He is costing this company sales - get him out of there ! More
