Charges you don’t need the extra warranties I love the customer service, everyone was so polite and welcoming. This is my third time dealing with Abner Turner he’s awesome, but I do have an issu I love the customer service, everyone was so polite and welcoming. This is my third time dealing with Abner Turner he’s awesome, but I do have an issue, but it’s totally my fault because I should have did my research before. I feel like i was being taken advantage of, adding all those extra warranties I didn’t need, which made my car note extremely high. I feel like the person going over my finances took that inconsideration first. I can’t afford an almost $700 car note but it will be paid, but I feel like if a man was with me that knows what’s going on I wouldn’t have been charged all that extra stuff, I’ve been there 3x and I thought I got a discount or something, they said I did but the total on my car is 28,000,. He did go over everything as nice as he could be and I agreed but I feel like instead of pushing it on me, he could’ve gave me options to opt out, and my car note would have been lower, I just feel I was taken advantage and that’s not a good feeling. I know it’s there job to make different sales but I wasn’t given the options of not getting those extra warranties. I would recommend this car ship but if it’s a woman I would tell her to bring a man that’s really knowledgeable of what’s going on, I feel like I’ve been tricked or something but not satisfied with the price but it’s done now More
