He was also able to facilitate our lease return, set up our insurance coverage with our car insurer for the new car, and expedite a minor body repair on the returned Lincoln all in the same afternoon. As a result, we were able to drive away in our new Lincoln MKZ in a matter of hours. Zhen Yu Li was amazing in his ability to set us up with our phone system and all car electronics quickly and competently, Reggie Williams was knowledgeable in leading us through our financial details, and Michael Duff, Sales Manager, checked in on all details. All support staff were welcoming and helpful. We were especially impressed with Seth and the staff after having a disappointing experience at another Lincoln dealership we had patronized for the previous 12 years. The atmosphere is nice, the people are friendly, and they are willing to work with you if you tell them straight out what you want.
