Don't take the tire /ford service I have to start out by saying that David is a gentle man and a great sales man.Reginald is a nice man as well I took the tire care on my new car I wis I have to start out by saying that David is a gentle man and a great sales man.Reginald is a nice man as well I took the tire care on my new car I wish I didn't because it is a waste of money.I made an appointment with Ford's service to change my tire as I had a bubble on it I arrived 15minutes early and then I waited 1hr 20 minutes just for my car to be looked at then they came back to me to say that my tire care would not cover it then after a long debate the manager said he would cover it because they want me back as a customer.then my friend called me to say that he had taken my advice I gave him when I bought the car to get a fusion and then he told me he also took the tire care and I said you might not be covered if you get a bubble on your tire and he said I was wrong.so what happened my friend yes he gets a bubble on his tire and he was also told that his car was not covered by tire care and he payed $100 for his tire so when asked to take the tire care care say no way it's a waste of money. More

2014 Focus SE Purchase My wife and I purchased a Focus from this dealership. After doing our research for about a month we walked in with an offer from Truecar and an offer from a competing dealer and Mike was able to give us a competitive offer which we took because it was our neighborhood Ford dealer. We wanted that accessibilty. I believe in the purchaser setting the tone we were friendly & communicative & so were Hugo, Mike & Reggie. We weren't able to pick up the vehicle the same day because it wasn't on the property & there was a wait to do the financing with Reggie but when we did see him he got us out of there quickly and answered all our questions. I think the individuals I dealt with put a good effort in to deliver quality cusomer service. I would recommend them. More

Very Happy Walked in off the street to look at the new C-Max Hybrid. After contacting, and visiting, several other Ford dealers in the Tri-State area I found th Walked in off the street to look at the new C-Max Hybrid. After contacting, and visiting, several other Ford dealers in the Tri-State area I found the staff and especially Liz Girnus at Ford Lincoln of Queens to be the friendliest, most receptive and most accommodating. I got a great price (best of all the dealers), first class service, a friendly smile and greeting each time I came by - though it took a while to get my car (not the dealers fault but it took time to build and ship the car), I am, to date, thrilled. I was also thrilled that my sales person Liz Girnus called after I took possession of the car to see how I was liking it. First time ever that a car salesperson has ever done that - they all should, but I gather it rarely happens - out of sight, out of mind. Loving my car and loving that they helped me get the car I've been wanting. Thank you. More

WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK! Car shopping is never easy but at Ford Lincoln of Queens it DEFINATELY was. My husband is a no nonsense guy...so basically just wanted the bottom line Car shopping is never easy but at Ford Lincoln of Queens it DEFINATELY was. My husband is a no nonsense guy...so basically just wanted the bottom line on a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. Luckily Liz found us! She was a no nonsense woman....just what my husband needed! He kept calling her 3rd Gear! Everyone was so accommodating. We are first time leasers so everything was explained to us. Zhen showed us all the bells and whistles of the interior and took his time when we didn't understand and Reggie in finance made it fast and answered all our questions.
