Great quick service We originally purchased our previous car with Bayridge Ford and our lease was up soon. We began our search for a new car early and thought to return t We originally purchased our previous car with Bayridge Ford and our lease was up soon. We began our search for a new car early and thought to return to Bayridge for our next vehicle. We were immediately turned away by the sales rep and we were told that we couldn't turn in our car for a new lease. Although we understood why we couldn't get out of our lease early, we felt as if we were rushed out and basically given a HARD NO with what we wanted. A couple weeks later we decided to try Ford Lincoln of Queens because of the good experience our parents had with the sale of two new cars. We called up Jack D'Avanzo, who was their sales rep and met with him. We sat down and discussed our needs for a new Ford EDGE and he immediately went to work. We were ready for another turn down since it was still a bit early to get out of our lease but it didn't happen. Our experience with Jack was far from our experience with Bayridge Ford, he listened to us and discussed our possibilities. In the end we handed the dealer a deposit and the show was on the road. Although we went back and forth with the model of the car, (we started with a special order for a 2015 but Ford was no longer taking them, and moved to an order for a 2016.) In the end Ford wasn't ready for any orders so we went back to the drawing board and Jack took charge of finding a car outside of the NY inventory. Jack went above and beyond to find the car that best fit our needs, even with a limited inventory for the EDGE. We love our new car and we are very satisfied with the transaction. No headaches, no rejection and overall great service, even Reginald Williams who finished the sale was great. We will definitely return to Ford Lincoln of Queens and refer anyone. More

First Lincoln. Bye Bye Nissan 3 years ago our Maxima was washed away in HurricaneSandy. We went back to 3 different Nissan dealers and were told it was supply and demand and to no 3 years ago our Maxima was washed away in HurricaneSandy. We went back to 3 different Nissan dealers and were told it was supply and demand and to not expect deals. We went to Syosset recommended by a friend. We then got our 4th Nissan in a row. Being a little shell shocked, we bit there offer and in retrospect we got screwed! As this lease came do, the Nissan salesman called and we told him our feelings. I always look at other vehicles when are lease is up, but did think we were going back to Nissan. When we came to Queens Ford Lincoln we were not bum rushed but offered assistance with our questions in our own time. We spoke with David O'brien who was as down to earth as it comes. No Games or manipulation. We told him what we might be interested in and he worked up the numbers. We now pay $35 less per month then we did for our Altima for much more car! When he called over the sales manager, Min ,he also was an easy gentleman. This dealership made it painless and fair. What a pleasure. THANK YOU. we will be back!! More

Second Lease Experience I Leased my first car ever from this Dealership two years ago. Yesterday it was time to say good-bye to my 2014 Grey Ford Escape S. I love that car. I Leased my first car ever from this Dealership two years ago. Yesterday it was time to say good-bye to my 2014 Grey Ford Escape S. I love that car. Now I have a 2015 Ford Escape SE. It is Platinum White, Eco-boost, Sirus Radio, I would recommend them to anyone looking at any other car company check them out first. With the Sync System it is far and away better than anything out there. It works with Android and Apple phones. I am glad I went back to get my new Lease and when this ones ends I ill go back again More

"New to car leasing" I had previously owned Ford vehicles in the past and decided that leasing was my best option this time around. I was way overdue for a new car and was I had previously owned Ford vehicles in the past and decided that leasing was my best option this time around. I was way overdue for a new car and was virtually clueless about the leasing process and a bit wary. From the moment I walked into this dealership and met with sales consultant Jose Ocasio, my fears began to dissipate and it turned into a very pleasant and memorable experience. Jose was professional, friendly, accommodating, and worked with my father and I to get a great deal on my 2015 FOCUS. He assisted with many of the logistics involved and provided helpful recommendations to make the process easier. From beginning to end the entire process from negotiating the terms of the lease, to learning some specialty features of my vehicle (Zhen), and finally "signing on the dotted computer screen" (Reggie Williams) was streamlined and transparent. I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this staff/dealership to others. More

Great experience. I was an anxious car shopper with a lot of constraints and Dave O'Brien was patient but persistent both to keep my business and on my behalf, when the I was an anxious car shopper with a lot of constraints and Dave O'Brien was patient but persistent both to keep my business and on my behalf, when the time came to do the deal. He waited until well after closing the day I leased the car and drove it off the lot even after his work was, essentially, done. He knows how to make a sale but never made me feel pressured, judged for my budget or bullied and had my trust throughout. I am thrilled with the Focus Hatchback I ended up with. I want to note that Johnny (never got a last name) also went above and beyond, staying until 7:30pm to address a few little marks on the car when it arrived at the dealership. Even the guy who drove the car down was especially courteous when I thanked him. I was there for 3.5 hours late on a Saturday with two little boys and everyone was accommodating and helpful. I really couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks, all. More
