We have purchased two previous Jeep Grand Cherokee's from this dealership in 2000 and 2006 and the sales experience has always been great, a lot better than experienced at Ford, Isuzu and Nissan from wh from this dealership in 2000 and 2006 and the sales experience has always been great, a lot better than experienced at Ford, Isuzu and Nissan from which vehicles have been purchased. Any way, we visited Naperville Jeep today to replace our 2000 JGC which had been advised to us this morning by the service department to be on its last legs and was going to cost a mint. So with that in mind we met up with Reid Levin when we arrived and he was friendly and welcoming right away. We had been looking at the Patriot in the past year and gravitated to it. Reid was very informative, very interested, very engaged and enthusiastic and that helped us make our decision. He orchestrated the whole process, got us a very good trade-in on the 2000 JGC, worked with his manager to bring the whole deal together and presented us the bottom line number that we could accept right away without issue. He is a very good sales person and also an engaging person who shared a lot of information and tips. Reid knows his product and his presentation and willingness to listen to us and answer our questions is excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend Reid Levin as well as the entire Naperville Jeep organization. We have been satisfied customers for 13 years and happily purchased our third vehicle from it. The service department is excellent and I recommend Keith Larkin's work also. Thank you Naperville Jeep. More
