Great service. Waited for about an hour but the waiting room was very comfortable. The servicemanwhen we left was great. I had my 84 Yr old mother with me and he open her door to help her get in the car. room was very comfortable. The servicemanwhen we left was great. Excellent Customer service I arrived at 6:30 to get in line for a 7:00 a.m. appointment. I was first in line before the gate opened and parked in front of the roll-up doors once I arrived at 6:30 to get in line for a 7:00 a.m. appointment. I was first in line before the gate opened and parked in front of the roll-up doors once we entered the lot. At 7:00 as they began to open the 3 doors, mine would not roll up. The other two lanes all quickly advanced to the check-in process. A service writer approached my vehicle and told me to stay in my current lane - "I've got you." Once the door was finally opened, I advanced and left my vehicle. When I got into the check-in line, the same service writer called for me and took me ahead of several others in line. Additionally, he flagged my service ticket to be completed first! I appreciate a person who is committed to quality customer service. THANK YOU REID!!! More

Happy Veteran I have always hated having to buy a car, but this experience was great. There was no "high pressure sales" and everyone we worked with was friendly a I have always hated having to buy a car, but this experience was great. There was no "high pressure sales" and everyone we worked with was friendly and a pleasure to work with. It was like dealing with our best friends throughout the entire experience.
