Harassment I feel like ever since Jim Ellis took over, the dealership is harassing me. Emails phone calls and you if ore them and they continue to call and email I feel like ever since Jim Ellis took over, the dealership is harassing me. Emails phone calls and you if ore them and they continue to call and email over and over. If it was not for the fact that I receive free service for my car I would not go back. The caliber of staff has significantly reduced. I have to wait Everytime to ensure I see one of the original service department employees who are few and far between to get decent service. Reid was excellent, I would give him 5 stars More
