Service for the Camry Reid and the customer service ladies were great. There was a little hiccup in my rental being available when I got there but they were able to get eve Reid and the customer service ladies were great. There was a little hiccup in my rental being available when I got there but they were able to get everything worked out. Got my rental and they took good care of my Camry. My car is was fixed and is great. I love the service dept here and never take my car any where but here. More

Good experience This was my first time booking a service appointment online. The process was easy and took a short time. On the day of my appointment I was greeted a This was my first time booking a service appointment online. The process was easy and took a short time. On the day of my appointment I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service area. Check in was easy. After my vehicle was inspected both the service advisor and technician that inspected my vehicle met with me. They went over the results of the inspection, indicating which items needed immediate attention and which could be deferred. They answered all my questions. I approved what I wanted done and returned to the customer lounge. My service advisor kept me updated on the progress of work. When my vehicle was ready my service advisor went over everything on the invoice, provided a copy of the full inspection report and took me to the cashier. Checkout was fast and I was on my way. More

Accessory installs. I have a 20019 Tacoma.. I wanted these accessories installed.... Mud flaps. Bead mat. Door edge guards.. threshold guards. Remote keyless entry I have a 20019 Tacoma.. I wanted these accessories installed.... Mud flaps. Bead mat. Door edge guards.. threshold guards. Remote keyless entry.. all this was installed.. The people are great. The install of all items where great. There was a good long wait but I did come when th ed y had a lot going on .. so I expected this. Over all everyone did a good job. Good work. More
