Part Replacement I had 14 different codes come up when my check engine light come on. Spoke to Reid on the phone took it to him and he worked it out where the Warranty I had 14 different codes come up when my check engine light come on. Spoke to Reid on the phone took it to him and he worked it out where the Warranty Covered my part and got me all fixed up in a very fast time frame! He is WONDERFUL!! More

Oil change. I drove in for an oil change with no appt.. I have always had great service. Raymond was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recognized me immediate I drove in for an oil change with no appt.. I have always had great service. Raymond was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recognized me immediately as I have dealt with him numerous times. I try to use with him when I can. Also Reid is another service manager with whom I have dealt with in the past and he is also extremely helpful. I appreciate both of them with their experience and assistance. They both always keep me informed of my vehicle status and any other issues or service needed in the future. I would highly recommend both of them. P.S. I do not Facebook. More

Not happy I set up an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change, I also told the lady over the phone I may need an alignment and balance and rotation but I want I set up an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change, I also told the lady over the phone I may need an alignment and balance and rotation but I wanted to know the prices. She said someone would call me because she didn't know. No one called. So I went to the appointment anyway, explained to the advisor what was going on and he said they would check it out. Though they did give me an answer, I didn't leave until 145p.m. mind you I arrived at 845 a.m. I left extremely unhappy. Not only did I pay more for the alignment than I do at my usual place, but I also had to sit there for 5 hours. I won't be doing simple service at Toyota again. There is really no point in creating appointments. More
