Car Issues & Bad Customer Service I just bought a 2012 Kia Forte EX from the Burnsville location and have had many problems. I’ve owned the car for a few days now and was told the car I just bought a 2012 Kia Forte EX from the Burnsville location and have had many problems. I’ve owned the car for a few days now and was told the car was all “okay-ed” to leave the lot. A head light was burnt out so that did not meet the driving conditions for night, had to rush to get that fixed. Was told that there was an automatic start in my vehicle that worked, just needed to place a battery in that key fob for that to work. I put a battery in the remote to try the auto start and now my car alarm will not shut off nor my car will not start. Called the dealership to get answers of why these problems were not taken care of and their response was “you have to bring the car in for us to even see/ know what’s going on.” I just spent money with them to have a working vehicle, i am not not able to even get it to their location unless i get it towed, i can tell you i’m not paying for that. I’ve been lied to by the dealership and these are now MY problems. Think again before checking this place out. If i knew this is the customer service i would be receiving i would of never purchased my car from RAVMOTORS. More

Some people would not be willing to take a chance on a salvage vehicle, but those of us who are get great deals and RAV Motors is a great place to find them. I found exactly what I was looking for and saved about $7,000 off a non-salvage vehicle and my new one tracks right down the road straight and true. It's a great truck. My transaction was a little tricky to put together because I was trading in a very, very similar vehicle that I had recently bought that I was unsatisfied in its trailering capacities. A fine truck, too, just smaller and not able to meet my needs. That meant I was "upside down" on my trade. Renat was very patient in working with my and my bank to sort out what they would borrow on the vehicle in this situation. He worked with me to ensure that I could pay myself for the amount the bank was unwilling to borrow. Finally, he helped work with me to get a fair value for my trade and the purchase price of the vehicle I ultimately bought. I bought the vehicle and went home only to realize that I had forgotten my son's fishing rods and tackle box in the pickup I traded in. A quick call to Renat and he found them and set aside not only the fishing rod and tackle box I knew I forgot, but he also set aside the life jacket that was there, too, that I still had not remembered. All in all, I had a great experience and Renat was great to work with. Highly recommend! More

Purchased a 2015 Ford Escape RAVMOTORS was great to work with. I came in around 5:30 on a Friday (they close at 6) and they stayed until 8 helping me get approved for a loan so I RAVMOTORS was great to work with. I came in around 5:30 on a Friday (they close at 6) and they stayed until 8 helping me get approved for a loan so I could drive the car home that day. They were very helpful and I cannot recommenced then enough. The vehicle had a chipped windshield and they agreed to have someone come out to me and replace it which goes to show their interest in having happy customers. More
