Simple, easy, quick. Showed up on Saturday morning, they were busy but were greeted and attended to quickly. Vehicle was as advertised/represented. Great deal! Easy, honest experience! When my son's original Camry harness was eaten by rodents, we were quickly in need of a replacement before he returned to college. We decided to limi When my son's original Camry harness was eaten by rodents, we were quickly in need of a replacement before he returned to college. We decided to limit our search for another Camry, 3-5 years old. We looked at several at the major dealerships, but a low-mileage Camry SE at RAV also popped up in the car search engines and was much cheaper than the others. I called and talked to Mark who let me know that car was in a front-ender but was fully restored. He provided me all the information he could about the car's history. My son and I then visited RAV for a look-over and test drive. Mark and Renat were pleasant to work with even pulled up before and after restoration pics for us. He recommended taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection which I did a couple days later. I took it to a nearby Toyota dealership who said the restoration work was well done and gave the car a big thumbs up. Back at RAV, I discussed a couple minor items the inspection flagged (brake pads, window tint) and RAV went above and beyond to resolve those issues for me before the purchase was completed. I enjoyed the buying experience more than any dealership I've been to in the past. Mark, Renat and the rest of the crew are upbeat, honest, and relaxed. No high pressure stuff. I can see why win awards. I waited almost three months to write this review just to see how the car would hold up. Car has been flawless to date. We got a great car at a uniquely great price. I would consider turning to RAV for future car buying needs. One note - Saturdays can get pretty crazy around RAV (don't worry, they'll still take care of you). They are not overstaffed there. But I found going on a Tuesday morning to close the deal more calm. More

From the moment I walked into this car dealership all I have noticed from all the staff at Ravmotors is that they are very friendly, knowledgeable and From the moment I walked into this car dealership all I have noticed from all the staff at Ravmotors is that they are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They all work as a team and they treat each other like family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Slavic in sales, he was great because not once did I feel rushed me any way. Slavic made sure to answer all my questions about certain vechicles that I noticed on the lot and then he took the time to explain the pros and cons on about each make and model then provided me with more info about the vechicles and informed me that I can view all of them on Ravmotors.com They had many great vechicles to choose from and with a big decision like this I was very indecisive about the car I wanted so Renat in Service was kind enough to probably have let me test drive a little more cars then I should have. He was very easy to work with and always had a positive attitude and made sure the car I purchased checked out perfect at service. I truly will not forget the outstanding customer service he provided to me. Mike (Mikhail) in financing provided me with one of the easiest financing experiences that I’ve had. Not only did we come up with numbers that were in my range and appreciated all the effort and calls that Renat in Management pulled together to make this happen. Most of all is that Mike made sure that I was happy and very helpful and I appreciated his patience and staying over his time and explaining all the great warranty options that I could proceed with. He definitely made my experience memorable and exceeded my expectations. Each of these guys had a very important role these couple days with my experience with them and I would definitely recommend Ravmotors to anyone and would purchase another vechicle from them. More
