My wife and I needed to find a car quickly due to an accident she was in, so we were constrained by this situation. After we explained our situation to Jack, he worked with us to find the options that accident she was in, so we were constrained by this situation. After we explained our situation to Jack, he worked with us to find the options that made the most sense for us and then ensured we'd get the car we needed within the required timeframe. We live a couple of hours away from Sudbury and initially went into the dealership while in the area to check out BMWs. But after working with Jack, we were convinced that buying the vehicle with him was the right choice. Jack was courteous and understanding of our situation, answered all of our questions, and matched a car to our needs. Jack went out of his way to make a long-distance transaction easy and convenient. He even delivered the vehicle to us! I would highly recommend working with Jack and the entire BMW of Sudbury team! More

I had an incredible experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. Chad in Finance was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Nick, the salesman, made sure I understood every feature of the car before I left the lot. These three completely turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic one. The vibe they create—being so customer-focused and solution-driven—made a huge difference in the overall dealership experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with—and I’m not the easiest customer to impress. Herb Chambers is lucky to have Renato, Chad, and Nick on their team—and they better work hard to keep them! I’ll be back in 35,000 miles for a refresh—and I’ll only be going to BMW of Sudbury. More

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from your dealership, and while I’m happy with the car itself, I can’t say I was over the moon with the overall service experience. Unfortunately, it felt like I was treated a bit differently—almost like a second-class customer—because I wasn’t buying a brand new vehicle. The attention and enthusiasm that I observed being shown to new car buyers just didn’t carry over to my experience. Buying a certified pre-owned car is still a significant investment, and I had hoped for a level of care and professionalism that reflected that. I’m sharing this feedback in the hopes that future customers—regardless of what they’re buying—are made to feel equally valued. More
