I reside in Texas and with the vehicle being located in Florida, l felt uneasy in buying a vehicle without at first looking at it and test-driving. These concerns were addressed promptly as my Renee, my salesperson took time to send me a comprehensive vehicle report with all the vehicle’s maintenance records, etc. In addition, she took a lengthy video going through the vehicle, inch by inch to ensure I could see it as well as if I was there in person to see the vehicle. All my questions were timely answered. When I was comfortable and ready to purchase, Renee recommended what airport to fly into and even recommended the best day to come. When I arrived at the Florida airport, I was shocked to know that my sales person, Ms. Renee, on her day off, took time to come to the airport and pick my wife and I up. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime and never have I been treated like royalty, like Mercedes of Bonita Springs did. I purchased the vehicle and the next day started my drive to Texas. Any other dealership would have ended it’s concerns for me once the buyers order was signed. Ms. Renee followed up with us all through our drive home.
