I am Absolutely in love with my new car purchase. It took us a while and I am not easily impressed but Renee knew exactly my taste and what I wanted. She sure worked with me and did her magic. I could not have possibly worked with a better sales agent in finding the MB to replace the one I lost due to Hurricane Ian. Dealership is top notch! I was truly overwhelmed by what the dealership does to make a customer feel special and appreciated. I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase online. I I was truly overwhelmed by what the dealership does to make a customer feel special and appreciated. I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase online. I reside in Texas and with the vehicle being located in Florida, l felt uneasy in buying a vehicle without at first looking at it and test-driving. These concerns were addressed promptly as my Renee, my salesperson took time to send me a comprehensive vehicle report with all the vehicle’s maintenance records, etc. In addition, she took a lengthy video going through the vehicle, inch by inch to ensure I could see it as well as if I was there in person to see the vehicle. All my questions were timely answered. When I was comfortable and ready to purchase, Renee recommended what airport to fly into and even recommended the best day to come. When I arrived at the Florida airport, I was shocked to know that my sales person, Ms. Renee, on her day off, took time to come to the airport and pick my wife and I up. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime and never have I been treated like royalty, like Mercedes of Bonita Springs did. I purchased the vehicle and the next day started my drive to Texas. Any other dealership would have ended it’s concerns for me once the buyers order was signed. Ms. Renee followed up with us all through our drive home. It is this dedication to a customer’s wellbeing that separates Ms. Renee and Mercedes of Bonita Springs form other dealerships. They are truly the ‘cream of the crop.’ More

Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of this purchase and Renee’s professionalism is that ‘it’ all took place in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian; hardly any prospect buys in the area and an extremely high customer volume competing for Sales Force attention. Renee was, obvious to me, taking care of all her clients but when she had time to meet with me, she never tried to cut it short and made me feel like I was the only person on the planet. Hurricane Ian destroyed 2 of our cars. I was fortunate enough to pass by Mercedes-Benz of Bonita with my son shortly after our cars were towed away. We were assigned to Renee and three day I was fortunate enough to pass by Mercedes-Benz of Bonita with my son shortly after our cars were towed away. We were assigned to Renee and three days later my 82 year old father and I are driving 2 beautiful new Mercedes-Benzes. Renee is a star, a lone woman in a man’s cutthroat world, working hard, and excelling. She has my highest recommendation, my thanks, and most of all, my respect. GIVE HER A RAISE (I owe her a steak dinner). I will send my friends to her. Armando Alberti in finance further exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism. So patient & courteous, especially with my elderly father. Respect! Wylly Corria gave us a great lesson on the cars. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, & courteous. This is my second MB car purchase at MB Bonita and I will not change it for anywhere else. Renee is absolutely extremely professional from the beginning to the end. She makes you feel comfortable and knows not change it for anywhere else. Renee is absolutely extremely professional from the beginning to the end. She makes you feel comfortable and knows the product very well. She really worked with me twice and will not be the last time. I had other good offers from different dealership but she made me look at the pros and cons of staying with her. Armando on the finance debt like other dealership is Not pushy nor tells you what is convenient for MB but for me. Met with Ron and he was able to met my needs and budget which is important for me. Brandon the concierge twice so patient, great customer service always with a smile responding to any crazy question I could ask. He deserves a promotion.
