Our experience began with reaching out to enquire about a vehicle we saw online that filled all our “requirements “. Our sale person Renee was stellar in answering our questions and getting us responses when she didn’t have the exact answer. Her ability to provide accurate and timely answers was phenomenal and very much appreciated. We decided that instead of having the car delivered (we live over 1000 miles away) we would go down and pick up our CPO vehicle (and our first MB). Renee and the team warmly greeted us and made sure everything was in order when we arrived, all while also managing other customers (again - proof and testament that the location serves their customers well). During our drive home - we noticed one of the windshield wipers was not functioning properly. We reached out to the team at Bonita Springs and they arranged for the issue to be fixed at a dealership close to our home. We drove there and the problem was immediately looked after as Renee had called ahead and shared the issue with the dealership. Again - even after the deal was done - service to make sure we were looked after properly. We expect to purchase our next vehicle here as we have observed and experienced what we believe is customer service at its finest! 😊 More
