I started working for this dealership back in April of 2005 out of concern for the clients who've been thrown into cars but never knowing as to how this worked or how that worked. And this came out of hearing about my friends or friends of my friends purchasing vehicles from dealerships but weren't getting an understanding about the gadgets that the vehicle came with. So I got into this business because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of those who purchased a vehicle from me. I wanted the client to know what they were buying so that they could impress their friends whenever asked " how does this work or what is that?". I wanted to assist others to not only get a new or a pre-owned vehicle, but also I wanted them to know what they were buying. So I became and expert per Chrysler in the Jeep, RAM, and UConnect because in this profession it's not about me, it's about the client

Great Process Renell was very patient with us, considering we had to restart the entire process. Also worth noting that the showroom was packed (midday on Saturday) and Renell was able to handle all my questions and complications without missing a beat. It did take awhile longer than I'd hoped, but that was partially our fault. Steven, in the F&I office, was very pushy when it came to selling the added packages/warranties. I think he thought that since I'm young and new to buying my own car that he could work me over. Would've added $150+ to my monthly payment (which they try and hide from you during the process...). All in all, great experience. Just beware of the F&I office, they will try to guilt you into buying add-ons that you simply do not need. More
