Still waiting to get the other key fob for TWO cars I bought. Have made 6 calls and 5 visitsto the dealership. Was given several promises to get back to me. Reon was great. Very understanding and eager to help me find the car of my choice. I can say it wasn’t what I expected but I love my car and it fits me. I wasn’t told until leaving the dealership that there was only one key. Reon stopped responding to my emails requesting a second key. For a 2022 auto at the price I paid, I expect two keys. I was charged $1, only one key. Reon stopped responding to my emails requesting a second key. For a 2022 auto at the price I paid, I expect two keys. I was charged $1,000 for a car inspection. The windshield washer doesn’t work. Obviously this was not inspected. I’m not happy with the buying process. More

My first encounter was with a sales person who goes by the name BJ. I chose not to work with him because I did not like the way that he handled the beginning of interaction. After I told him that I had ch the name BJ. I chose not to work with him because I did not like the way that he handled the beginning of interaction. After I told him that I had changed my mind about buying a car on that day. He came back to me and tried to convince me to go ahead and buy a car anyway. I don't like to be pressured about anything. I decided to leave because I felt uncomfortable. So, I came home, went online and requested Mr. Carl Whipple, who had previously sold me and my daughter cars a few years ago. Now, that gentleman is one of the best who's ever done it. But, he was out at the time. He, referred me to Mr. Reno Wilson. OMG, what a difference a first impression can make. Reno, was a pleasure to work with from begining to end. He greeted me and my daughter with a pleasant smile. Explained the process step by step. Was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire transaction. This just goes to show. That longevity on a job. Doesn't always determine who's genuinely qualified. Reon Wilson is a young gentleman and may be fairly new with this dealership. But,if he had not told me how long he's been a member of your team. I would have guessed much longer than what he said. This young man is a class act. And, I would recommend working with him to any of my family and friends. I definitely think that Reno Wilson is an asset to the Conyers Nissan Company. Mr. Carl Whipple trained him well. Thanks to them both for shining a light on my car buying experience. More
