Second Purchase in Less than Two Months We have bought two Kia's in less than two months. We have never owned a Kia and our Daughter wanted a Kia Forta. We went on a Sunday afternoon and met Reuben Jones. I have to say he is the definition of Customer Service. He truly knows what the meaning of this word is. My daughter is only 19 but, he treated her with respect and showed every bit of appreciation as he would if she was 39 with a credit score of 800. Due to this reason when it was time to trade in my Ford which was soon than we expected we went back to Kia to see Rueben and bought a Kia Optima. Again, getting the same great service from Rueben and Steve the finance manager. Completed paperwork and took possession of my Sedona Van 3 days later and am so pleased with my purchase. All sales associates and the Business Manager, Toren, were so courteous and friendly.
