I live in CA and they treated me as if I was family and lived next door. The center of my relationship with Nick Nicholas Ford was my sales representative, Rex Adair. Because I didn’t visit the dealer (opposite coast) Rex became my eyes and ears and guided me through the process throgh numerous phone calls. He took extra photos and videos for me (he offered I did not have to ask) and ultimately we consummated the deal and the car is nestled in my garage in CA. Rex worked with my transporter and made sure all went smoothly. He kept in contact with me as the car made its way west to CA. The Shelby was exactly as described and advertised and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase. It’s a little more complex a transaction to conduct an out of state purchase-Nick Nicholas Ford from sales negotiations to delivery far exceeded my expectation.
