First time customer at Tyson and my salesman Rex Smiley. He offered many suggestions regarding my purchase, which was appreciated. His dealership was the only one that actually tried to find the vehicle that I wanted. Since, my vehicle was not in stock in the greater Chicagoland area. Rex/Tyson took that extra step to provide the exact vehicle I wanted. And upon delivery, he gave me all the time I needed to explain ALL the new options that are on my new Pacifica. My deal was quite fair and I would gladly recommend Tyson and especially Rex Smiley, to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
