I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife and i were quite taken aback. The ambiance, the people, there was no pressure, but we were attended by REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STEWARDS!!!. Ilianes was so sweet, her manager was full of energy which added to the fun experience. Then came the delivery Rey and Carlos were on point of every single issue!!! Carlos explained every option on our new car and taught us how to use everything. This was a rare experience at a car dealership, i really enjoyed and i was so relaxed with the deal we made. We went to buy a cx-50 and left with a cx-90!! Surely the cx-90 was a better fit for my family. This is my new home for car buying from now on! Thank you Sport Mazda and to Ilianes (sales person), The sales manager ( i dont remember his name), Rey in (finance) and Carlos ( who took care of us and the delivery. God bless this establisment and all who work here!!! More

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Gil, and o especially Gil, for once again making the car-buying experience absolutely incredible! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Gil, and once again he went above and beyond for me and my family. Buying a car can be stressful, but Gil made the entire process smooth, honest, and enjoyable from beginning to end. He truly listened to what my family needed and helped us find the perfect larger vehicle for us. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Gil does. His professionalism, patience, integrity, and dedication are the reasons I continue coming back and will confidently recommend him to everyone I know. I hope Mazda’s corporate team recognizes what an outstanding employee they have. Team members like Gil are the reason customers become loyal customers. Thank you for treating us with respect, making us feel valued, and helping us drive home in our new family vehicle. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, ask for Gil. Great experience all around. Lewis is sales exceeded my expectations in answering any questions or concerns even days after sale. The sales process was seamless and painless. Fin Lewis is sales exceeded my expectations in answering any questions or concerns even days after sale. The sales process was seamless and painless. Financing with Rey was equally as efficient with no pressure just real explanation of the options available. Chris in sales was great as he helped with some last minute things when I came to pick up the car. Met Edwin sales manager and had a great talk with him as well. They run great dealership experience and I will definitely give Lewis a call when I’m in the market again. Thanks to all. More
