This is our second purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. We bought a 2014 E350, and drove it for 7 years - our experience and the car were flawless. So when we decided to upgrade to the 2021 E450, of course w bought a 2014 E350, and drove it for 7 years - our experience and the car were flawless. So when we decided to upgrade to the 2021 E450, of course we returned to RBM of Alpharetta, even though there is another Mercedes dealer closer to our home. Reza Azizi sold us our 2014 Mercedes, and we were thrilled to find out he was still there. Reza took care of everything! He got us more than the Blue Book offer for our trade in, arranged for all of the licensing and other details, and answered all of our questions. Then Ramona Razavi made the financial aspects completely painless. We are thrilled with our new car, and we are grateful to Reza and all of the professionals at RBM of Alpharetta for an enjoyable and rewarding experience. More
