I purchased a vehicle and two days later I had buyer remorse. As fortunate would have it, the same day my disdain started settling in, my sales person (Reza) texted me to see if I was enjoying my new car. When I replied back, “I hate it!” Without hesitation, Reza told me to bring it back. He also said there’s a five day under 500 miles, return policy...can you believe that😱?! I’ve purchased several cars and I’ve never heard of a dealership offering such a thing. Everyone from the customer service representative, down to the finance department was so helpful, and polite. I love my new 2019 CLA250! And I love my life time dealership...RBM of Alpharetta!! More
