What can I say aboout RBM North and Reza!! I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from RBM North and it was as awesome as I thought it should be with purchasing such a fine automobile. Even though Reza was working with 2 other customers at the same time he was helping me, he still made my wife and I feel comfortable and kept us informed on the whole process. He was very helpful with the vehicle itself and had a vast knowlege of the vehicle we were purchasing. I can highly recommend Reza to anyone that is the market to purchase a Mercedes. I started my search for a car early Saturday morning and my first stop was to RBM North. When I arrived at the lot with my Finance and a friend I could not find the used cars. Reza came out to meet us and my first stop was to RBM North. When I arrived at the lot with my Finance and a friend I could not find the used cars. Reza came out to meet us and politely pointed us to the used section. The certified pre-owned vehicles on the RBM North lot were indistinguishable from the new cars because they were so clean. I test drove two models and fell in love with the C350. I told Reza that I was just beginning my car hunt. He happily wrote down some numbers for me and I was off. I hit a few other lots around town and saw a lot of used C350's and BMW's. The sales folks at the other lots were very pushy and it was the typical sales tactics that gave used car salespeople a bad name. The cars at the other lots were also very obviously used. Back to RBM North. I went back to talk to Reza and he let me and my friends lounge around the couches while he worked up some numbers for me. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, it was very honest and straightforward. I have never had a better and more pleasant purchasing experience in my life. Financing was a dream; they even qualified me for the promo financing rate on a CPO vehicle. To sum up my experience in one word would be: impressive. Other dealers could learn something from RBM North. They got my business and will have it long into the future because of their polite and professional sales team. More

Not only did I buy the car I wanted but unlike the possible long distance hello, good-bye and good luck dealings, I met a group of Mercedes Benz professionals that made it clear from the start that th possible long distance hello, good-bye and good luck dealings, I met a group of Mercedes Benz professionals that made it clear from the start that there one goal above all others was to make me not only feel like royalty, but to make me fall in love with my new car. Now, granted, my 2004 S-500 was not new, especially with the 84,000 miles on the odometer, but as far as Reza Azizi, my sales consultant, was concerned, my purchase was as important as if I was buying their most expensive vehicle off of the showroom floor. Here is the most fantastic part of their customer service. When I got home that evening to sit inside my new 7 year old car with the original manuals to go over some of the fine points of its operation; to my dismay the reading light was burned out. Ok, I figured, used car, here we go...light burned out here comes the first repair bill. So, the next day I called Reza, and he said bring it in and we will let the mechanic look at it. Well, not only did the mechanic look at it (not just a bulb, but an entire light switch unit), they fixed it for no charge and provided me with a brand new Mercedes for the 2 days it took to get the part in. My car was delivered back to me freshly washed and in even better condition than when I had bought it. I think I am going to start intentionally breaking things on my new (used) car just so that I have an excuse to see Reza. More

Working with Reza was easy and comfortable. I never felt pushed. He paid a great price for my 2006 Mercedes, which I traded in. After being a Mercedes owner for about 5 years, I really felt special inside a MB dealer. After having bad experiences with other dealers and brands I can say this was the best car buying experience ever. I strongly recommend RBM North, and especially Reza, for anyone in the market looking for a Mercedes Benz. More
