Rohel Gray, Assistant Service Manager, was knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous and thorough. I appreciated his input regarding test driving my vehicle. Rhoel did not rush me and when the service work completed explained everything that was done. My vehicle was washed and ready to go and rides beautifully. Also, would like to commend your service technician, unfortunately, I can't remember his name for the work he performed on my vehicle. Having the rear tires replaced the wheel rims were not scratched. Additionally, the Germain dealership did not charge an additional percentage for using a credit card. I plan to continue to do business with Germain BMW of Naples. More

Rhoel Gray has been our Service Manager for over 10 years. He has always notified us when our BMW needs service. There was a recall on the starter and he changed it immediately. We were traveling from out of town and our BMW had a number of issues that came up on our ride. I explained the issue to Rhoel Gray at Germaine BMW and he very graciously got us in and was able to accom number of issues that came up on our ride.
