Unprofessional Been going to Germain bmw of naples for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience until Rhoel was assigned to be my advisor. I tried to get clarification from him on an issue discovered with my car during an oil change and I was made to feel as if I was a huge burden on his time. Ultimately I feel he was not knowledgable on the topic and so my concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. He ultimately gave me a snarky recommendation to take my car to another bmw specialist where I had been prior since "I trusted them so much." Felt like I was dealing with a child. More

I always have a positive experience working with all staff encountered at this great dealership! Roel always takes care of me in service with previous vehicles (this is my 3rd 7 series).
