Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. We recently purchased our 4th BMW from this dealership and the main reason we remain loyal to the brand is because of their SUPERB SERVICE Center. Rhoel Gray has been our Service Advisor for over 9 years and the main reason we remain loyal to the brand is because of their SUPERB SERVICE Center. Rhoel Gray has been our Service Advisor for over 9 years now. He is the epitome of class and his dedication to his customers is second to none. Rhoel not only represents the Service center, he represents THE BMW GROUP and company with Perfection. We feel as though we are family, as he takes such excellent care of our vehicles and is an absolute delight for us to work with. bought a new BMW here and have been taking it back for service for the past 6 years. Service has always good, with good warranty work and provision of a loaner once when a part was not immediately availab service for the past 6 years. Service has always good, with good warranty work and provision of a loaner once when a part was not immediately available. Advisor Rhoel Gray has been very good, professional and friendly without the relentless upselling to which one is sometimes subjected. Prices seem in line with the industry. More
