Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. I am proud to be a part of the Germain Motor Co. and the Germain BMW family because the level of dedication and significance given to our customer’s happiness is unparalleled. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. Excellent Service Advisor I have owned many high performance cars over the years and Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor that I have ever used. He takes the time to listen t I have owned many high performance cars over the years and Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor that I have ever used. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain the nature of any repairs that are being made, and provide me with great advice. He has gone out of his way to provide me with advice about oil and coolant issues when I have been traveling and needed assistance over the phone. Mr. Gray is an invaluable asset to Germain BMW. More

Thank you great service and personal empathy During the service appt. I was using a loner car. My 86 year led Mom, fell and I was unable to return the loaner car and pick up my car. When I called Rhoel to ask him if he wanted my husband to return the loaner Rhoel assured me there was no problem to return the loaner the next day. Awesome experience with Rhoel Gray I had an unexpected flat tire on my 2014 M5 at 4pm on a Saturday and called Germain BMW. Great Service @ Germain BMW It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about c It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about cars I have complete trust in Rhoel at Germain. I feel he is honest with me and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He explains in detail what the repairs are, what needs to be done immediately and what can be budgeted for a later date. I had an incident where a bucket of white paint fell off of a truck on I75 and splattered all over my black car! I drove to Germain and they had several employees " on it" immediately and got every drop of paint off. There has not ever been one visit or experience with Rhoel that I left feeling less than 100% satisfied. I have told many people that the service dept/Rhoel is enough to keep me at Germain. More

It's rare that I write such reviews but the service and attention I receive at at the Germain BMW service department is beyond good, it's downright ex It's rare that I write such reviews but the service and attention I receive at at the Germain BMW service department is beyond good, it's downright excellent. Mr. Gray has been my servoce adviser for 3 years now and has consistently pointed my in the right direction as to service for my vehicles, the latest being my outstanding 535i Whether it was explaining and helping me understanding the manual (not always correct I find out) or looking into an a/c problem, he's as level headed and as calm as you would want when your trying hard not to loose yours. :) I couldn't recommend Mr. Gray anymore. Have a vehicle problem? See Rhoel. Don't understand a feature of your car or a passage in the owners manual? See Rhoel. His patience just never flags despite my rookie quesitions. . More
