I am 2 months new to Florida and I visited this dealership for the first time for my 40,000 miles checkup a couple days ago. I have a 2022 Toyota and they advised me that I needed to have a cabin f dealership for the first time for my 40,000 miles checkup a couple days ago. I have a 2022 Toyota and they advised me that I needed to have a cabin filter changed. At first I was hesitant but then when they showed me what was in my cabin filter I was astounded! A rodent had gotten into my car and decided to take up House and all the evidence was in the cabin filter including part of a mouse, acorns and Pine needles. This should’ve been found at the 30,000 mile check up where I used to live in Virginia. Since purchasing the car, I made sure I took my car into the dealership at every required checkup since I purchased a car. When the dealership here in Florida looked at my notes from my visits at the dealerships in Virginia they noted that the cabin filter had never been checked or replaced since I purchased the car in 2022. If it weren’t for this dealership checking the cabin filter, I would not have known. I was even smelling something bad in my car for quite some time, for example urine, but never know where it coming from. I’m grateful for this dealership for doing their job. If this review permitted me to upload a picture I would certainly do that because the cabin filter was disgusting. Thank you Phillips Toyota for doing a great job! More
