I just took my new Rav 4 in for a recall. I had never been to Phillips Toyota before, and I was treated very well. I cannot speak to their service, although I do know that a few people in the I had never been to Phillips Toyota before, and I was treated very well. I cannot speak to their service, although I do know that a few people in the waiting room were there for upwards of 2 hrs. for their service to be completed. So, just be prepared to wait. More

I was greeted by a member of the service department in a very friendly way and checked in immediately. The waiting room really large and had plenty of seating. Free WiFi , coffee and popcorn. Nice!
