I always have great service at Bill Kay. However this time they didnt wash my car and it was a sunny day. Also they charged an extra 3% credit card fee which they have never done. Hopefully that wasn’t something that doesn't continue. Otherwise i always feel they are honest with me about what needs to be done. The service and the guys are wonderful. More
