This dealership is disorganized and completely wasted my time. I was in contact with multiple people (Brandon and Krystal) to ensure the car I was looking for was still available. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK On Friday, May 1st, at noon, my husband and I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle on Saturday, May 2nd at 3pm. The receptionist at Grieco On Friday, May 1st, at noon, my husband and I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle on Saturday, May 2nd at 3pm. The receptionist at Grieco Honda went to great pains to explain that appointments were necessary during the COVID-19 crisis so that the vehicle could be cleaned prior to test driving, which I greatly appreciated. However, when we arrived at the appointed time, we were left waiting for ten minutes or so. After two different salesmen left me and my husband waiting, "Ray" returned to express his "tremendous regret" that the vehicle in question had been sold. It felt like some kind of a set up job, as they had my contact information and did not bother to contact me when they ... hmmm.... went to clean the vehicle prior to the test drive???!!! Where was that vehicle that they acted so concerned about cleaning before and after every test drive??!! Enter at your own risk. I will not again. As an essential worker who is willing to take on the personal health risk of exposure for the benefit of the public, I am all the more insulted by Grieco Honda's total disregard for both my personal safety and the safety and health of those I serve daily. I am left with the impression that they knew the vehicle we were interested in was already sold, but they wanted to lure us in despite the health risks connected to the pandemic. More
