To prove the point, I'm in New Jersey and flew to Florida to make the purchase. Now the math issue, I believe they use an outside firm to handle titling and registering out of state deals. When the sales person sent me the initial breakdown of all the costs, I noted that the sales tax figure was incorrect. I let him know and he said that the numbers came from this "firm" and if there's any problems it will addressed. Fast forward to when I received my plates, registration and a refund check for over charges, there wasn't a breakdown of how they arrived at the refund total. I asked for it and they were kind enough to send it to me but there was still that sales tax discrepancy. It was clear as day in the breakdown they sent me. There was the sales tax charged me and further down was the amounts of tax paid out to FL and NJ. Well after multiple email exchanges with the sales person, highlighting their own numbers, I just gave up. Bottom line $124, not the end of the world but it's the principle. Could have been a 5 Star review! More

RUDE! I emailed Ricardo for an F-150, and was told he wouldn't send me a list of inventory, instead referring me to Brandon Ford's out of date website which I emailed Ricardo for an F-150, and was told he wouldn't send me a list of inventory, instead referring me to Brandon Ford's out of date website which showed 1 truck in stock, which was obviously false since I had visited the lot the previous day. When I told him that the website was inaccurate and misleading, he just responded "You're just not using it right". I expect better customer service than this! Even worse, he said he didn't like my tone - the gall to lecture a potential customer is something else. This dealer won't be getting my business! They're a volume dealer so they treat their potential customers like crap, thinking they'll just make it up when someone else walks in the door. I won't be giving them my business, now or ever. More

Salesman gave misleading information. "Unethical" I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon I purchased a very nice 2012 FX4 on September 2, 2015. The vehicle had a 4" lift when I asked the salesperson about the lift he said, "They (Brandon Ford) had installed the lift, and aftermarket wheels and tires". I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that Brandon Ford had performed the work. The salesperson instructed me to ask for a copy of the service invoice when I brought the truck in to have some minor issues resolved. That is when a service manager told me that Brandon Ford did NOT do the work to the vehicle; they took the vehicle in trade like that. When you spend 36K for a used truck, I would encourage the sales staff to know what they are selling and not to give misleading information to the customer. The frustrating part is that they acknowledged the error and do not have any plans to resolve it. Do not make the same mistake I did by trusting your salesperson; make him/her show you in writing. After contacting a manager and conveying my concern about the Ford Extended Warranty that I purchased, unfortunately he was of no help. Verbally telling me "If something happens they will take care of it." At this point, I have zero confidence with this dealership. A very good friend sent me to Brandon Ford. Not what I had hoped for when driving over 53 miles to Brandon Ford. I have owned Ford Trucks for over 35 years and have dealt with many dealerships/salesmen; this experience is by far the most unethical dealership I have dealt with. More
