"I have been in the car business for 5 years now and I'm still loving it - even with its highs and lows. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business at the University of Puget Sound in Washington State. Subsequently, I moved to the Caribbean, where I met my gorgeous wife and had one child. After five years there, we decided to move to Florida and recently had our second child. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, bowling, and drag racing."

Ricardo was a very professional salesman. When I told him my budget, he did not try to push me into a car that was more expensive than I could afford. Just the opposite acutally. He showed me options that we my budget, he did not try to push me into a car that was more expensive than I could afford. Just the opposite acutally. He showed me options that were in my price range, and I found a great, pre-owned car. Very differnet from other dealerships who tried to push me into more expensive options! Also, Ricardo made things very easy for me after the deal was done. He had all the paperwork ready to go so I could get in and get out. Kirk from finance was also very good to work with. Last week I purchased a Ford Focus SEL and I just would like to share my experience at Brandon Ford. People are quick to let someone know when they don’t receive good customer service, but we are all guil like to share my experience at Brandon Ford. People are quick to let someone know when they don’t receive good customer service, but we are all guilty of not taking the time to let others know when someone does a great job. I dealt with Kevin Stone and Ricardo Liburd. Buying a car is the second most expensive thing we purchase so it should be a pleasant experience, not a drudgery. The gentlemen at Brandon Ford made the entire car buying experience a great one from beginning to end. Their customer service exceeded any I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. And I love my new car. I had visited the Chevy dealership the week prior and was ready to purchase a car at that time, but the customer service and lack of friendliness or helpfulness from the Chevy store manager caused me to decide drive on down the road. And now I’m so glad I did. One more thing, even the Finance Manager, Barrie Moss was extremely helpful. He even managed to lower my interest rate an additional amount while we were in the process of signing the paper work. If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, I highly recommend taking a trip to Brandon Ford, and ask for the gentlemen who assisted me, you will be so glad you did. I’m a firm believer in the American car industry and know Ford makes quality cars. I grew up in Tampa and still have family there so I’d heard that Brandon Ford was a superb dealership. I live in Fort Myers so it was a two hour drive to Tampa. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and from beginning to end, it was absolutely the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ricardo was professional, polite, and courteous. Every question was answered and no detail was left out. This was my 11th new car and I was expecting the usual full court press. I couldn’t have been more wrong. There was no pressure at all and we felt we could walk away at any minute. Ford had a great deal on financing and Ricardo got us the monthly payment we needed. I have had at lease 3 follow up calls from the dealership wanting to know if I needed anything or had any questions. Brandon Ford has won my business for many years to come. C. Collier More
