What really stood out to me was when we needed to go back home to get some paperwork and bring our trade in. Ricardo was kind enough to wait for us and was completely understanding. That meant a lot to us and showed how much he genuinely cared about helping us. We truly felt respected, valued, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Ricardo went above and beyond to make this experience stress free. Car buying can be intimidating and stressful but he made it very easy. When we arrived, all three vehicles we wanted to compare were already pulled up and ready to go. That level of preparation showed they valued our time. They gave us the space to inspect each vehicle at our own pace, compare them, and discuss them privately.
