Adam and Rich changed the game! !! I have been on the hunt to find a vehicle that specifically fit my needs for a few months now. I have called emailed and gone to countless dealers !! I have been on the hunt to find a vehicle that specifically fit my needs for a few months now. I have called emailed and gone to countless dealerships in the past few months only to have complete nonsense happen. Because it’s a used vehicle I’ve encountered $3000 up finance additional charges to we’ve added $2000 in accessories to the vehicle so the advertise price was not actually what I was going to pay and told that is what it is. I’ve had companies add ceramic, Tint, vent tagging panels on the vehicle you name it they have tried to sneak it into the price. I had honestly given up hope to find a vehicle within my budget. It didn’t have snuck in thousands of dollars. The first thing that I loved about this vehicle that started to build my confidence that I was gonna find a used vehicle that wasn’t beat to heck, was there detailed package on the Carfax, all the service records, invoices for the work that they did. The transparency that this dealership showed right off the bat was incredible. I own a high-performance vehicle shop in California and so it’s hard to get one over on me on the mechanical aspects, so when someone upfront offers all of that information it definitely gives my critical thoughts a ease of confidence to buy this vehicle. Right off the bat Adam and Rich never pressured me and were super casual which I appreciated. The deal was no xx, there were no hidden fees at the price of the vehicle was what was advertised and the last time I purchased a financed vehicle that was not the case but it seems like they used Carr market does that now I spent the most time talking to Adam about the vehicle and he knew all of the ins and outs of this vehicle, which was very refreshing. After I had made the determination to buy the vehicle, I had noticed that the tires were old and worn out. Adam had already known that I was going to buy the vehicle and financing was already completed. I had asked him about the tires BELT was not actually expecting him to do anything. Why would a dealership spend more money when they already have the vehicle sold?? so when I asked Adam about the tires if they had any plans to replace them, he said we already ordered new tires this morning for you!!!! what kind of a dealership does that? I wanted to pick up the vehicle that day, but he said that it would probably be another day or two because the vehicle had some small things that they wanted to attend to that I wasn’t even aware of. To be transparent with anyone reading this review, I know for a fact that this dealership didn’t make any money on this vehicle or might even have lost money on this vehicle, but that did not stop them from doing the right thing with the repairs that they knew they needed to do that I knew. The vehicle went to the original manufactured dealership to have the work done, not some corner mechanic shop that I had to worry about how well the job was done. I normally never leave reviews, but I have not seen execution over profit on ever buying any a used vehicle. I traveled nearly 900 miles to pick up this vehicle, and the next time I need another vehicle they’re going to be my first choice and Adam and Rich will be my guys. Last of my review….. I went to this dealership thinking that because they’re a manufactured dealership that everything was going to be expensive with them and it just wasn’t the case I hope this review will give a buyer some confidence that the management of this dealership ensures satisfaction, not only by smiling, but making sure that the vehicle that they buy is going to be dependable and that’s just above and beyond what I have experienced in this industry thank you to Adam and Rich for truly helping me out by giving me a solid vehicle at an honest price More

The first person I was to meet with called me 3 times, (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. The other sales person, James was very nice and we had a few very g (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. The other sales person, James was very nice and we had a few very good conversations about history. I couldn't believe how fast time had gone bye. I wanted to be out in 45 min. I could have stayed for a few more hours just talking to James. He is very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand and a great conversationalist. Great experience with James. More
